Students in Mrs. Nikki’s and Mrs. Denyelle’s 7th grade science class have been learning about the geosphere, its layers, and how soil is formed. After learning about the different horizons that make up our soil, students were able to review the information and participate in a fun, hands-on activity. Students made a delicious, edible treat that has the profile of the layers of soil! All of the students enjoyed this activity and it made their learning and reviewing fun,for their chapter test.
