PLE Quest Star Gazing

Mrs. Holly Johnson’s 2nd grade Quest classes had the amazing opportunity to view the night sky and observe some awesome sights that fill our sky each night. Students, along with their families were invited to PRCC’s Star Party. Dr. John Grant and Bill Nix were there to guide us through the night. We were able to look through telescopes to view the craters of the moon, Saturn and it’s beautiful rings and largest moon, and other phenomenal sights in the sky. The students and parents had a blast and learned so much about the night sky. Thank you to all who came and made this event so successful.
