The Poplarville School District (PSD) will have the honor of hosting Dr. Carey Wright, State Superintendent of Education, Monday, November 6, 2017 between 1:30 and 2:15 pm at the Poplarville Lower Elementary Auditorium. Dr. Wright will be celebrating with administrators, teachers, staff, and students in achieving an “A” rating in the 2016-17 statewide accountability results.
All teachers with a prep period during this time and administrators are requested to attend.
Achieving this prestigious honor was a community effort and everyone is invited. Community leaders, parents, and community organizations are encouraged to attend and take part in the celebration.
