All about Metamorphosis

Mrs. Brittany Alexander’s Kindergarten class is learning all about animals and their life cycles. This unit of study has allowed the students to see firsthand how caterpillars metamorphosize into beautiful butterflies, and how a tadpole becomes a frog. The kids have been amazed to see up close and personal, how this process works. The students had a great time choosing a name for their amphibian friend. “Fruffle the frog” is a great addition to the class. When he grows up, the students will release him into the wild. We are excited to continue this journey as we watch our animal friends complete their life cycle process.
