On Saturday, September 17th, the Poplarville High School varsity Cheerleaders held their annual “Little Hornet Cheer” camp at the high school gym. Nearly sixty girls, ranging in age from pre-kindergarten to fifth grade, joined together to learn how to cheer for the Hornets! PHS cheerleaders taught the “Mini-Cheerleaders” a variety of cheers, chants and dances which were performed for the parents following the camp.
All participants received a Cheer Camp t-shirt and will participate in a Pre-Game performance on October 7, 2016 at the PHS football stadium beginning at 6:40 p.m. before the PHS vs. Forrest County AHS Varsity game.
