Winning Poet at MSP

Mississippi Poetry Society’s Spring Festival was held in Ocean Springs on Saturday, April 22, 2023, and student poetry contest winners were recognized. Lillie Fisher, an eighth grade student at MSP, was invited to attend the festival where she read her poem, “Broken,” and was awarded third place by Mississippi Poetry Society for the entry of her poem. Congratulations Lillie.
