3rd graders are ready to “Jump the Gate!” In preparation for tomorrow’s test, students participated in a “Walk of Champions” with their classmates and teachers. Each class jumped hurdles (the reading standards) and made their way through the tunnel and were greeted on the other side by Dr. Loletha Needham, principal, who gave each student a rose. Students were reminded that they have prepared all year for this and they are ready! We wish them the best of luck!
Special thanks to the Poplarville High School Football team and booster club for allowing us to use their tunnel. It truly gave these students a special experience to make that walk of a champion!
