Poplarville Athletes and Coach Receive Awards

On Wednesday, February 16th, the National Football Foundation held their annual awards banquet for their Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter. At this banquet, Poplarville High School’s football standout, Khalid Moore was awarded the Terrell Buckley Defensive Player Award, and Ahmad Harman was recognized as a Scholar-Athlete.

In addition to the students, Coach Jacob Aycock was selected as the recipient of the 2021 Luther Kuykendall Assistant Coach of the Year. We are so proud of these guys and all they have accomplished! What an honor! Congratulations! #HornetNation
