Athletic Update 12/13-19/21

HORNET SOCCER

Congratulations to our Lady Hornet and Boys soccer teams as they competed against the Forrest County Agricultural High School on Friday, December 10th at home. Final Scores for the girls was 0-4 and the boys ending score was 4-5. We certainly showed the Bulldogs who’s boss! December 7th the Lady Hornets and Boys soccer teams competed against Bay High School. Final scores for the boys were 1-4. Monday, December 13th the boys and girls will compete against Greene County and will be away. They will be at Purvis on Dec. 16th. It will be a district game. Games begin at 5:30 and 7pm. Come and support the boys and girls soccer teams!

HORNET BASKETBALL

The boys and girls basketball teams competed against Gautier High School on Friday, December 10th. Final ending scores for the Gautier game was 43-37 for the boys, and the girls was 45-15. The boys and girls competed against Sumrall last week on the 7th. Ending scores for the Sumrall game was 50-44 for the boys game and the girls 53-47. This week the boys and girls will compete against the PRC Blue Devils on Tuesday, December 14th. This will be at PRC.  Dec. 17th the boys and girls will play at home against West Harrison. The PHS Basketball boys will also play away against the War On The Shore team. Game times start at 6:30 for the girls and 7:30 for the boys. Come out and support your lady hornet and boys basketball teams!
