Mrs. Farmer’s and Mrs. McCardle’s classes enjoyed working through the prediction and observation steps of the scientific process using candy conversation hearts, water, vinegar and soda. The students predicted whether they thought the candy hearts would sink or float in the different liquids. It was great to see and hear them talking about their predictions and reasoning. Thank you Mrs. Cindy Rester for supplying us with the materials. The kids LOVED it.
