At a meeting onTuesday night, December 12th, the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) awarded $2000 in teacher scholarships to teachers and professionals in all 4 schools. Teachers could apply by submitting a scholarship form detailing how they would use the money to enhance student education. Each school was to be awarded up to $500 with individual amounts awarded up to $250.
