MSP Beta Club Supports FUM Backpack Buddies

As a service-learning project, MSP BETA Club students collected items for Poplarville Backpack Buddies. Backpack Buddies is housed at First United Methodist Church of Poplarville where volunteers meet each week to stock bags with non-perishable food items for local needy school children to eat during weekends and holidays. The bags are then hand-delivered to schools in the Poplarville School District.

MSP believes that student effort and achievement should be encouraged and rewarded, and seeks to cultivate the ideals of service and leadership in our citizens of tomorrow. Students with an 87 or above in ALL subjects and who exhibit a commendable attitude and attendance are invited to be a part of MSP's BETA Club.
