PHS Students Attend College and Career Fair

PHS students from grades 9-12 attended The College and Career Fair on Tuesday, November 8th in the PHS Gym.  The fair was designed for all high school students in order for them to get a jump start on getting college information and getting a closer look at careers from some of our local business owners and professionals.  The students received brochures, handouts, etc. and were able to see some of the tools up close that the represented businesses use on a day to day basis.  Some of the colleges that were in attendance were: PRCC, MSU, MUW, USM, William Carey, Millsaps & The University of South Alabama. The local business or companies in attendance were: NASA, Bella’s Salon, Poplarville Fire Dept, Poplarville Police Dept and many more!

PHS Seniors and Graduating Juniors will attend the PRCC Wildcat Fest on Friday, November 11th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
