Fire Alarm RFP

POPLARVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT
REQUEST FOR BIDS
 
The Board of Trustees of the Poplarville School District will accept bid proposals for School Campus Fire Alarm Systems.  All proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Education of PoplarvilleSchool District located at 302 South Julia Street, Poplarville, Mississippi 39470 on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday, April 4, 2016.   Please mark “RFP for Fire Alarm System, #02-16FAS” on the exterior of the sealed envelope including date and time of bid opening written on the lower left hand corner.
 

Bid packets and questions can be obtained from Benjamin Whatley Jr., Network Manager, 302 South Julia Street, Poplarville, MS  39470,  email at bwhatley@poplarvilleschools.org.

Q: What needs to be on the outside of the bid envelope/container?
 
A: Please  post all required information on the outside of your bid envelope.
 
This includes:
  1. Bid #02-16FAS
  2. Certificate of Responsibility # (If bid is over $50,000)
  3. If bid is under $50,000 a note should be written "This bid does not exceed $50,000")
No bid will be opened that does not meet these requirements
 
Reminder bid opening will begin at 1:00pm 04/04/2016. All bids must be submitted before this time on the office clock.
