PUE Learns Bee Keeping

Mrs. Mayfield and Mr. Duckworth's classes have learned many interesting facts about honey bees. They learned of the important role bees play in agriculture. They also learned about the difficulties and problems that honey bees are facing. Both classes wrapped up the honey bee unit with a presentation by Principal Lynn Payne. Mr. Payne gave a presentation on beekeeping and on the process of honey making.
