MSP Diamond Club students were rewarded with a field trip to Landrum's Country Village. The activites allowed the students to engage in activities and gain a deeper understanding of life in the 1800's. They had the opportunity to ride a wagon through the woods, eat homemade biscuits that were cooked in a woodburning oven, tour a one room school, chapel, and other authentic buildings, play basketball and horseshoes, and enjoy a picnic lunch.
This opportunity was a great educational experience for the students as well as a fun time and escape to the outdoors.
