Child Nutrition Employee of the Year

Karensa Raine has been selected as the 2023-2024 Child Nutrition Employee of the Year. Karensa has been an integral part of the Child Nutrition Team at Poplarville School District for the last ten years. During those ten years, she has served as Child Nutrition Manager at Poplarville Lower Elementary. Karensa has a special bond with the students that she serves each day. She knows them each by name and always makes them feel special as they dine in the cafeteria. Karensa is a dedicated employee who leads by example. She is most deserving of this recognition! Congratulations, Karensa!
