PHS School Start Procedures

📢 PHS School Start Procedures Effective Monday, July 27, 2026

🏫 School Begins
*All students report to Homeroom at the 7:45 a.m. bell.

🏢 Front Office
* Located in the PHS Gym Lobby.
* Parents may access the office 7:50 a.m.–2:45 p.m. through Gate 6 (Hwy. 53) for student check-in/check-out or scheduled meetings only.
* Parents and visitors are not permitted in other areas of campus during the school day.

 🚗 Morning Arrival
Student Drivers: Enter Gate 7(Jacobs Ave.), turn right to park, then walk along Hornet Drive to the gym entrance.
Parent Drop-Off: Enter Gate 6 (Hwy. 53), follow the loop, and drop students off in front of the cafeteria. Exit through Gate 6. No drop-offs at Gate 7.
Walking Students: Enter through Gate 7 and walk along Hornet Drive to the gym entrance.

 🚙 Afternoon Dismissal

Student Drivers: Exit through Gate 6 onto Hwy. 53 (right turn only).
Parent Pick-Up: Enter Gate 6, follow the single-file loop, and exit through Gate 6 (right turn only).
Walking Students: Exit through Gate 7.
