Poplarville School District is thrilled to announce Chloee Swilley as the 2024-2025 Director of the Year!
Chloee Swilley has been an integral part of the Poplarville School District’s Technology Department since graduating from Hancock High School. Over the years, she has grown her technical expertise while working full-time and pursuing her education, earning an associate’s degree from Pearl River Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi University for Women.
Now in her third year as Poplarville School District’s Technology Director, Chloee is passionate about using technology to enhance education and open doors for students. She has been a driving force behind initiatives like district-wide technology improvements and 1:1 device programs, ensuring teachers and students have the tools they need to be successful.
Chloee’s leadership is rooted in the belief that technology is a powerful equalizer. By advocating for innovative solutions and access to a variety of technology resources for educational stakeholders in the district, she helps create a learning environment where every student can thrive.
