Allison Lee-PHS Teacher Of The Year

PHS Teacher of the Year Allison Lee
Ms. Allison Lee, the chemistry, physics, and human anatomy/physiology teacher, was recently awarded the Teacher of the Year award. Mrs. Lee has been a part of the Poplarville School District for 28 years and is approaching her 19th and final year before retirement. After staying here for so long, one must wonder why Ms. Lee has stuck around. She said that the reasons she loves to work here are that she went to school here and she loves her colleagues. Her work ethic and kind attitude have been shown through the many hats she has worn. She has been in charge of both Student Council and National Honors Society. Through this, many students and faculty have come to know and recognize that she deserves the honor of Teacher of the Year. Congratulations, Ms. Lee!
