Athletic Update Nov. 1-5/21

Football:

The Hornets traveled to Sumrall and beat the Bobcats with a whopping score of 42-0. This ended the regular season with an 8-2 record and we will host the Raymond Rangers in the 1st round of the playoffs this November 5, 2021, at 7:00 pm. Tickets will be available at the gate for $8. They will also be available in the PHS office from 10 pm to 2 pm. Gates open at 5:30. So come and support your Hornet Nation.

Basketball: 

Meets the Hornets for basketball will be held at the PHS gym on November 11, 2021, for all basketball teams. The introduction of the middle school girls and scrimmage will be at 5:30 pm. Then middle school boys’ introduction and scrimmage will start at 5:45 pm. The varsity boys will follow at 6:00 pm. And then varsity girls will wrap up the program with a scrimmage at 6:15. Tickets are $2 at the gym doors and concession will be sold. We encourage you to come to cheer on our Hornets as they get ready for the season.

 Soccer:

The PHS boys’ and girls’ soccer teams will be having games this week. On November 4, 2021, they will play Pass Christian at PRCC. Times are: girls at 5:30 pm and boys at 7:00 pm.
