Purchasers of equipment and supplies are invited to submit sealed bids on the attached list of items for consideration by the Poplarville School District Board of Trustees.
Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, in the Office of the Superintendent of Education; 302 South Julia St., Poplarville, Mississippi 39470 at which time bids will be opened.
The Board reserves the right to accept the highest and best bid that meets specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. In the event the highest bid is rejected, the next highest bid may be awarded.
Bid prices are to be net. The purchaser is responsible for picking up and taking possession of items at no cost or responsibility to the school district.
