Medical Students enrolled at William Carey University presented the Tar Wars program to 4th & 5th grade students at P. U. E. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Tar Wars is a nationally recognized tobacco prevention program that focuses on teaching students the short-term effects of tobacco on their body, the cost of using tobacco, and the advertising schemes used by tobacco companies to promote their products.
