PHS Students Attend the Special Olympics

On March 1, 2018, Mrs. Davis’ and Mrs. Campbell’s class attended the Special Olympics Competition at Picayune High School’s Stadium.  

Placings for the students:

Jacob B.- 1st place in the assisted wheelchair race & 1st place in boys tennis ball throw

Kaila G.- 1st place in girls softball throw & 3rd place in the 50m dash

Lauren D.- 1st place in girls 200m walk & 2nd place in the girls softball throw

 

Gracie S. also attended as a teacher’s assistant and assisted in getting the students from one competition to another.
