Olsen is the “Biggest Loser” at PUE

Poplarville Upper Elementary staff members had the opportunity to participate in a weight loss competition beginning in October 2017.  Staff members were encouraged to make healthy choices and come into the nurse’s office for weekly weigh-ins.  The contest ran for 12 weeks and the winner was awarded on December 20, 2017.  Linda Olsen, food services member, won a cash prize of $150.00 for her hard work!  She changed her lifestyle by making smart choices regarding diet and portion size.  Linda lost 12% of her body weight.  We are so proud of her.

CONGRATULATIONS, LINDA!
