Attention Seniors: FAFSA Day Set for December 7

Seniors – you can now complete your FAFSA. Get2College will be at PHS on Wednesday, December 7th for a FAFSA Day where they help you or your parent complete your financial aid application. There are still a few appointment spots available. Call Katie Young, Shelly Dement or Tammy Ladner to schedule an appointment. The PHS telephone number is 601-795-8424. The FAFSA Day will be held in the CDC Building on the Poplarville High School campus. 

Most colleges have a priority deadline of March 1 for you to submit your FAFSA. If you want to do this on your own, make sure you go to www.fafsa.ed.gov – the .com site will ask you for money. FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Here's a list of the most common items you will need to complete your FAFSA:
2015 Parent and Student Tax Returns
Parent and Student Social Security Number, Address, Date of Birth
Parent Driver License Number
(Date parents got married or divorced, guardianship papers, total value of assets excluding your home or retirement)
