Mrs. Heidi and Mrs. Tammy’s class had a fantastic Life Skills Friday filled with creativity and hands-on learning! Students were guided by a local artist as they practiced following step-by-step instructions while painting their very own King Cake plaques. Afterward, they took their learning into the kitchen, where they followed a recipe to make homemade King Cakes. It was a fun and meaningful day focused on building independence, listening skills, and confidence, plus enjoying a sweet reward at the end!
