On September 26th, first-grade students had a fun-filled day celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day! Each teacher led a different apple-themed activity, and students rotated through classrooms to enjoy them all. They made apple pie in a cup, sampled different varieties of apples during an apple tasting, and made their own “apple volcanoes” erupt! The fun continued with apple stamping art projects, apple relay races, and apple watercolor painting. It was a day full of learning and apple-themed fun!
