Poplarville School District 2022-2023 Director of the Year is Mr. Scott Necaise. Scott is the Director of Field Operations for the district and heads the maintenance team, custodial team, and oversees 16th section land assets. He holds many responsibilities and leads his department with integrity and determination. Scott finds innovative ways to support the district in meeting its needs and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help someone.
