SOCCER NEWS

This week the boys and girls will be playing four home games. On Monday the 16th, Varsity girls and boys will travel to Greene County. On Tuesday the 17th, girls and boys JV games will be played at home against Stone. On Thursday the 19th, both JV teams will be playing against PRC at home. On Friday the 20th, the JV teams will end off their week by playing Purvis held at home. All girl games begin at 5:00, and boys begin at 7:00.

BASKETBALL NEWS

Poplarville High School varsity basketball boys and girls teams played a home game against Sumrall on Dec. 12th. The boys won with the score of 38-40. The girls fought hard but came up short with a score 46-41. Upcoming games are on Dec. 17th with an away game against FCAHS. JV/V boys starts at 5:00/7:00, varsity basketball girls play at 6:00. On Dec. 21, War on the Shore is to be announced for varsity basketball boys. Varsity basketball girls have a Vancleave Tournament set for Dec.20-21 with times to be announced later.
