The Hornet boys continued their basketball season with a win against Lumberton, 76-49 on December 14. Their next battle came on December 18th in a match against Forrest County Agricultural High School, but they lost with a score of 62-50. Their last two games of 2018 consisted of both a win and a loss. The win was in an away game against Pearl on December 27, which ended in a score of 50-48.  Their loss on December 28 came from facing off against Germantown from Madison, MS, with Poplarville ending with a score of 58 against the opposing score of 74. Although they have lost a few games, our boys put a lot of hard work and effort into representing our school and are trying their best coming out victorious. Go Hornets!
