Mrs. Danielle Hickman has been named Staff Member of the Year for PSDs Central Office. Danielle began working in the Poplarville School District 17 years ago as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer. For the past 15 years, she has worked in the Federal Programs office as bookkeeper and secretary. She is instrumental in helping PSD meet grant requirements.
In her spare time, Danielle likes to spend time with family, her two dogs, and with her church family. Her daughter is a science teacher at Poplarville High School, and her husband of 24 years works as an automotive paint specialist. Danielle is a dedicated employee that loves the Poplarville School District.
