Officer Rossie Creel Visits Health Class

Health students at the Middle School have been learning about the effects that drugs and alcohol have on the body.  Officer Creel visited the class and discussed the importance of not drinking and driving, and the distractions that could cause someone to wreck.  Students played a variety of games that were able to help them understand what it feels like to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.  Also, he discussed “distracted driving” (texting, talking, etc.).  Students enjoyed the lesson!  We thank Officer Creel for taking time to come and educate our students!
