Hornets Sting Stone; Heidelberg Next Up

Poplarville trailed Stone County at halftime 14-6, but Austin Bolton scored 2 touchdowns in the 4th quarter and the Hornets Defense smothered the Tomcats in the 2nd half to give the Hornets a 20-14 victory.  This was the first road game for the Hornets and Friday Night has Poplarville on the road again traveling to Heidelberg High School (see Google link below) to take on the Oilers.  Kickoff is at 7pm.  The 4-0 Hornets are ranked #1 in 4A and #9 overall in Mississippi.
