Athletic Update: 3/22-26/21

Softball: 

Last week our PHS softball team competed on Tuesday against Petal and then against Greene county on Thursday. This week their games have been cancelled but we still wish good luck to the PHS softball team as they prepare for their upcoming games in April.

Archery: 

On Tuesday, March 16th our PHS archery team came up short against Picayune. The top male shooters for PHS were tied against Raymond Davis and Seth McMurray (277).  The top female shooter was Makayla Rester (261). Their game against D’Iberville was cancelled. This week they will play at 7:00pm in the MSP gym on Thursday, March 25th for the South State Qualifier. Congratulations to our PHS archery team thus far!

Tennis:

On Thursday, March 18th our PHS tennis team competed against stone at 4:30 in Tatum Park.

Rodeo:

 Last Friday our PHS Rodeo members competed at home at 7:30 pm. The following results are of those who placed in the top 10. Gavin Lee; first place in Bareback Riding, fourth place in Steer Wrestling. Mason Theriot; seventh place in Team Roping. Congratulations!!!

Baseball: 

 Last Friday night the PHS Varsity Baseball team played away at FCAHS, they come home with a victory of 4 to 1. They will play again on the 26th at 4:00 pm against Sumrall. Good Luck!
