Athletic Update 11/8-12/21

HORNET FOOTBALL

The Hornets competed against the Raymond Rangers on Friday, November 5th 2021 in the first round of the playoffs. They dominated the scoreboard with a whopping ending score of 42-7. Way to go Hornets! This Friday, Nov. 12th, will be the 2nd round of the playoffs as the Hornets will compete at Moss Point. Come out and support the Hornets on their way to the Championship!

HORNET SOCCER

Thursday November 4, 2021 the Poplarville Hornet soccer teams played against Petal. They will be competing Tuesday, November 9, 2 away at Columbia. The girls will begin playing at 4:30pm and the boys will begin at 6pm. On November 11, we will play Hancock here in Poplarville at the PRCC college campus. Our girls team will begin playing at 5:30pm and boys at 7pm. 

HORNET BASKETBALL

November 9, 2021 our Hornet boys and girls basketball team will play their first official game of the season here at home against South Jones. They will both have a second game on Friday November 12, 2021 away against Vancleave. The girls will play at 6pm and the boys will play at 7:30pm.
