Ashley Harriel named Technology Staff Member of the Year!

Congratulations to Mrs. Ashley Harriel for being named the Technology Staff Member of the Year!

Ashley Harriel is our District Data Technician and has been a part of the Poplarville School District family since October 2018. Ashley plays a key role in helping keep our district running smoothly by providing support to our staff and students with our student information system and state reporting(MSIS). She is a native of Poplarville and a 2005 graduate of Poplarville High School. Ashley is married to Jessie Harriel, they have two children, Zackary (14) and Edyn (9), and they are members of Crane Creek Baptist Church where Jessie serves as the Youth Pastor.

“My favorite thing about working HERE is that I believe Poplarville School District provides a place where family and education go hand-in-hand. HERE, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our district, our technology, and our community and that begins with putting family first. If you’re HERE, you’re family! We are blessed with an amazing group of Admins, Principals, Teachers, and Staff that are committed to the mission of PSD and to meeting the needs of our community. You can see it in our schools, in our student organizations & athletic programs, and most importantly in the education that our students are receiving daily.”

Congratulations, again, Ashley for a job well done!
