Ms. Seal’s first grade class got ready for Thanksgiving break by reading the book “Enemy Pie!” They discussed how kindness and time spent together can turn anyone from an “enemy” into a friend. After reading, they made their own Friendship Pies to celebrate the qualities that make good friends. The students had so much fun sharing the “ingredients” of friendship- like kindness, teamwork, and respect. It was a sweet way to head into Thanksgiving break!
