Athletic Update 2/13-17/23

Basketball

On February 7th, the boys played against the Colombia Wildcats and ended the match with a score of 20-53. The same day, the girls played against the Sumrall Bobcats and left the match with a 43-50 score. This marks the end of the 2022-2023 basketball season. Great job to our Hornets for a hard-working season!

Softball

On Saturday, February 11th, the Lady Hornets played in a jamboree to start their season. Monday, February 13th, we will play against Perry Central at the Nest at 6:30 PM. Tuesday, February 14th, they will be traveling to Bay High to play them at 6:00 PM. Good luck girls!

Baseball

Last week the PHS baseball team started off their season with a green and white game. This week Monday February 13th, 2023 the boys will travel to Pine, LA starting at 5:00 PM. Friday  February 17th, 2023 there will be a game at the Nest against the St Patrick Fighting Irish starting at 6:30 PM.

Tennis

Next Thursday February 16th, 2023 the PHS tennis team will start their season with a match at the Nest against the Lumberton Cougars starting at 4:00 PM.
