Athletic Update 12/12-16/22
Girls Basketball:
On December 9th, the Lady Hornets played the Gautier Gators and left the match with a score of 47-52. The girls will play Pearl River Central on December 13th at the Nest with the game beginning at 6:00. The December 15th game against the Long Beach Bearcats, again takes place at the Nest at 6:00. Wish your Lady Hornets the best of luck!
Boys Basketball:
Last week, the Boy’s Basketball team played against Picayune with a score of 14-47 on Thursday, Dec 1, 2022. The Hornets faced Gautier with an ending score of 50-15 on Friday, Dec 9, 2022. The Hornets are will attempt to vanquish the Blue Devils on Tuesday 12/13/2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the Hornet’s Nest. Then the Hornets shall face off against Long Beach on Thursday, 12/153/2022 at 7:30 pm.
Girls Soccer:
On December 6th, the Lady Hornets beat Greene County with a final score of 3-2. Monday, December 12th, we will be playing against Purvis at the Nest at 5:30pm. On Thursday, December 15th, we will travel to Greene County to play them at 5:30pm. We hope to see you there!
Boys Soccer:
Last Tuesday December 6, 2022 the Hornets went up against the Greene County Wildcats, with a winning score of 2-0. Last Friday December 9, 2022 the boys went up against the FCAHS Aggies and came back out on top with a victorious score of 5-0. This Monday December 12, 2022 the Hornets will go against the Purvis Tornadoes at Nest starting at 7:00 pm. This Thursday the Hornets will travel to play against the Greene County Wildcats starting at 7:00 pm. Come and support your Hornets!
