Aly Knight – PUE Teacher of the Year

Aly Knight has four and a half years of experience in elementary education. She began her teaching career at Oak Grove Primary, and joined the faculty of Poplarville Upper in August of 2020. Ms. Knight is also an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Mississippi where she teaches students enrolled in the teacherś assistant program. She obtained her B.S. and M.Ed. in elementary education from the University of Southern Mississippi. In November, she earned her doctorate in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in special education from Liberty University. In the future, she plans to become National Board Certified.
