Athletic Update Dec. 14-19th
Soccer
Congratulations to our PHS girls soccer team as they took home a huge win against Stone with a final score of 1-0. Our boys also played an excellent game against stone as well but came up short with a score of 2-4. Both of our soccer teams secured a win against Forrest County Friday night with the girls winning 7-0 and the boys 6-3. On Tuesday, December 14th the boys and girls soccer team will play against PRC at 4:00 for their senior night.
Basketball
Within the previous week, the PHS varsity boys basketball team claimed their victory of 63-32 against Sumrall on the 11th of December. On the same day, the varsity girls basketball team fought to keep up with Sumrall with the result score of 19-47. This week PHS girls and boys basketball teams will play on the 15th and go head-to-head against PRC. The basketball games will start 5/6/7:30.
