Black History Month at MSP

BH

The 8th grade Social Studies classes at MSP are Celebrating Black History month by creating exhibits showcasing African Americans. Mrs. Tammy Goins and MS. Leigh Ann Davis led  their classes in creating art work and biographical sketches of many famous historians who made important contributions to America and the world. They also included a tribute to Kobe Bryant. These exhibits are displayed in the halls and in the cafeteria. The morning announcements each day have also been focused on highlighting the accomplishments of black Americans.
