CTE Staff of the Year Award

Congratulations to Nell Hickman who was voted CTE Staff of the Year for 2018-2019. She started working at PHS in 1991 in the cafeteria. “My favorite things to cook were the rolls and cornbread. I was good at that.” She started working in janitorial duties in 2000 and found a lot of enjoyment in helping keep the school in working order. “I just enjoy it”, she stated when asked what has kept her here for 28 years. She is always asking how she can help with the phrase, “holler if you need me”. You can find here at PHS sometimes before the sun rises. Thank you Mrs. Nell for all that you do for our school and students.
