Poplarville School District would like to congratulate Ms. Candi Spiers, a recent Poplarville High School graduate, on her acceptance of the 2019 Walter S. Bounds Scholarship of Excellence presented by the Mississippi Association of School Superintendents. Candi applied and was selected out of more than 101 applicants in the state to receive a $1000 scholarship to help with educational expenses.
