PHS Basketball Week 4

The Poplarville Hornets boys basketball team received a loss on Friday, November 23. The team played D’Iberville at PRCC and lost with a score of 53-33. The team then received a loss on Friday, November 30 when they played Hancock in Kiln and lost with a score of 61-50. We encourage all Poplarville fans to come out and support the team at their next game against Picayune on December 4th. Win or lose, we are one family.

The Lady Hornets basketball team faced off against the Hancock Hawks. The game took place in the Hornet’s Nest on November 30, 2018 with a great turn out from the Hornets fans. Unfortunately, our Lady Hornets came up short with a 36-22 loss to the Hawks. This makes the Lady Hornets 3-2 so far this season. They face Picayune at Picayune on December 4 for their next game.
