The PHS Cheer squad attended the Deep South Spirit: Blues Classic Competition in Jackson, MS this past Sunday. The cheerleaders performed a routine choreographed by Mikaela Bilbo. Their performance earned them a Champion title in Varsity Cheer, Best Stunt in a routine, and Grand Champion in the Cheer division. The cheer squad also received a full paid bid to compete in February at the NFINITY Champions League in Biloxi, MS. In December, the cheerleaders will take the floor once again and compete on the state level in Jackson, MS. Congratulations to the PHS Cheerleaders!
