Green Machine Qualifies for State Championships

On Saturday, October 13th, the Green Machine Marching Band was rated Superior in the categories of Drum Major, Color Guard, Percussion, and Overall Band. The superior ratings officially qualified the band to compete at the State Marching Band Championships that will take place at Northwest Rankin High School on Saturday, October 27th. The Green Machine is the first 4A band of the day, scheduled to perform at 5:45 PM immediately following the 3A awards retreat.
