Bilbo to Cheer for USM!

Poplarville High School senior Mikaela Bilbo will be cheering for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles in the fall. While at Poplarville High School, she was the captain of the MSHSAA 3A State Championship team, three time UCA All American and three time jump grand champ.
In addition to receiving a cheer scholarship, Bilbo was also awarded USM’s Academic Excellence Scholarship valued at 32, 512 and a recipient of the Luckyday Citizenship Scholars Program. The award is based on good citizenship, community service and scholarship. For this selection she will receive 20,000 in scholarship. While at USM, Bilbo will major in Biochemistry and plans to pursue a career in the medical field.
