Lady Hornets 1-0 in District 4A

The Lady Hornets’ slow pitch softball team take a win against Moss Point at home on Thursday, September 8th.  The game started out slow for the Hornets with Moss Point up by 2 runs at the bottom of the first inning.  However, by the third inning, Megan McGill jump-starts the team with a run.  Soon after Megan’s score, the Lady Hornets were in the lead with 5 points.  The Lady Hornets stay on top as the game progresses, and finish big with a final score of 12-2 putting them 1-0 in district play.

The Lady Hornets will have a replay tonight (September 12th) at Moss Point.

Tuesday, September 13th- Home game against Forrest County.

Thursday, September 15th- At Forrest County

All Junior Varsity games are at 5:30; Varsity at 7:00
